Q: What do we need to bring with us, and what is provided? A: Every home is a little different, but the basics provided are the bedding, pillows, bath towels and basic kitchen items such as pots, pans, dishes, bowls, silverware, etc. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING: Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and any soaps (ie. dish soap, hand soap, personal soap, laundry soap). If you don't bring them with you there are stores in the area that you can purchase it from, but the costs will likely be much higher when you get to Island Park so we recommend purchasing it outside of this area. ----------------------------- Q: How to get the keys to the cabin that we have rented? A: A map to the property and a packet sheet will be e-mailed to you at the time of your final payment. The packet sheet will contain a lockbox code to obtain the keys to enter the cabin. Be sure to return the keys to the lockbox upon your departure.We suggest that you bring these documents with you so that you will have this information ----------------------------- Q: What do we need to do when we get to the cabin? A: Each cabin may vary slightly, and it will depend on the season that you are visiting us. Most of our cabins have a detailed list of what to do once you arrive. Usually it's as simple as adjusting the thermostat for the season and sitting back and relaxing. If there are any tasks that have to be completed there will be instructions. ----------------------------- Q: What do we need to do when we leave the cabin? A: Similar to arrival, these steps may vary by the cabin you have rented. At every cabin you will be asked to take your trash with you, and return the thermostat to the level it was when you arrived. ----------------------------- Q: What do I do if there is an issue finding the property, getting into the property, etc.?
